They provided a tracking number in a couple of hours (I am sure results may vary). The part was cheaper than a number of other providers, but it still ended up being a lot cleaner, and less warn than other as well. There was no signs that this was being stored in the elements... This was my first time buying a part off of Ebay and through this seller and I say this experience was flawless.
