  The item arrived promptly. However, it was described as SPF 15 and there is nothing on the package or lip balm to indicate that it is SPF. Other products described as having SPF do include that specific description on the boxes and lip balm itself. Just sayin'.....product is not SPF as described.

  My apologies for the mistake. I double-checked and in fact could not verify the SPF 15 claim. I have issued a full refund.
