    Be VERY CAUTIOUS. Firstly, they didn’t even give me a complete ‘new’ set as they mentioned on the selling page. Condition NEW? Not only was it FALSELY advertised but what I got is UTTERLY USELESS without the two mounting bracket I can’t even use this. Packaging was wrapped by old UPS receipts and didn’t bother checking the accuracy of the items before shipping. Requested refund after an additional two week of waiting and their answer wait(more) and ask eBay for help instead of working with me.

    The fact is that due to a mistake by the post office, the delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. You have been fully refunded. We have shown the description and pictures accurately. We follow eBay's procedures exactly. We will continue to work hard.
