    Very nice, quality Coach bag, exactly as described and pictured. Seller was very nice and a great communicator, responding to messages almost immediately. The bag was packed well and shipped right away, but due to weather (and who knows what else) it took a long time to arrive. Absolutely not the seller’s fault and they were great with keeping me updated on tracking and offering a refund. Fortunately, it did arrive and looks great. I would 100% buy from this seller again!

    Seller accidentally sent wrong item. I emailed them letting them know along with a photo. The stated they would issue a refund and send correct item. Correct item never sent, however a refund was issued immediately.

    I LOVE my Vintage glasses they complete a set I currently had. The ordering, shipping, packaging was done so well. The glasses arrived quickly too. They arrived all in tact (none broken) and matched my current set perfectly as described. Great value as well for 6 glasses. Thanks much

    Fast delivery. Well packaged. As described.Good value! The 10 plates arrived in great shape. I had a moment where I thought that I received the wrong order. Thank you for the extra three plates! I didn't see your kind note at first so off I went to check again. Relief and the happiness as I also have been purchasing the smaller plates. Anchor Hocking makes the large plates but I don't know anything about the small plates except that the ring in the center is for a condiment cup.Thanks,5 stars.

    The shipping of it was ok it arrived a day late the packaging of it was really good it was really taken care of and it was as described on the page and the value of it was really worth it
