  As a Canadian, recovering from a month long postal strike, my comments were a little harsh and impatient. I apolagize. It is not the seller s fault that mail stopped for a month I did not mean to impact your ratings. I m sorry

  I apolagize for my harsh comments. I am frustrated with the month long postal strike, and all the delays it has caused. I am waiting for items ordered on October 31. I realize it isn't your fault. The item I ordered from you is beautiful (and worth the wait) Thank you. I will complete the feedback revision form once it is received.
