  Item is brand new sealed as described however I am a bit annoyed that I paid $8 for Canada post expedited parcel to have it end up shipped through dragonfly/intelcom.. I messaged the seller regarding this and they told me it was faster to use intelcom/dragonfly. Usually my packages that come from Mississauga come the next day with Canada post not 7 days like it did with “dragonfly/intelcom”.

  you bought this on a Thursday evening, it shipped out on a Friday and you received it the following Tuesday, BTW postal services dont work on weekends. And $8 yeah thats real unreasonable, you try shipping something within canada. give your head a shake.

  Seller was very transparent. Things were as outlined ... they shared there were issues with the box it was packed in, but not the product itself. Upon receipt, everything was great ... brand new. Box was a bit beat up, but still more than fine even if not communicated in advance. Happy with the purchase, price and everything with the purchase.

  I received the North Face Terra 65 as described by the seller. The pack was in great condition and packaged well. The shipping was expected to take longer since it was from Canada. I would recommend shopping with this seller.

  This was one well-run transaction. Securely packed and quickly shipped. The price was quite good, but the description was a little lacking. The car arrived without a rear set of wheels. It looks like this might be one of a multi-car set and I'm not sure of the seller's level of expertise with model trains. Anyhow, a refund was quickly processed and I'm satisfied with the results.   The seller shipped my Royal Doulton figurine right away and packed it perfectly. With the perfect packing, this beautiful figurine could not have been damaged in shipping. The figurine is flawless, and I am so happy with it. I find prices on figurines are often high on eBay, but this seller was very reasonable and the pricing was great.
