    Did not get what was advertised: Purchased a bundle of used ratchets one being a Snap on and one being a Craftsman. Neither one of them worked: the gears were destroyed on the Snap On and Craftsman. Complete junk. My issue is this should be in the description; be honest not deceiving. The description should state the truth. Basically I got a bundle of junk. Only bid on this for the Snap On but got deceived. The seller finally responded and said Sold As Is and No refunds. Poor customer service!!!
