  This seller went above and beyond. The seller strives to make sure each customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase and goes the extra mile. I can say that this was a good and pleasant experience and the product shipped fast and arrived quickly. The product was packaged well with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. This product was found to be as described and definitely with the value I paid for it. A worth while experience and a pleasure to do business with 10/10 stars.

  The item shipped right away! And it was packaged SO WELL. I was nervous to buy a fragile item online but it was so, so secure and I had nothing to worry about. Also, when taking to the seller they communicated perfectly and quickly. Their item description was spot on and I appreciated the attention to any flaws in the pictures. 10/10 would buy from this seller again.

  Fair and honest, great folks that stand behind what they sale. I had a break during shipping on an item, this was in spite of it being well and safely packaged. They offered me a full refund and return or if wanted to keep it offered me a fair discount. I chose the discount because it was repairable and they issued it immediately. That is customer service par excellence.

  This seller was excellent to deal with. As described in the listing, they are not always aware of the full condition of the merchandise because they are bought at auctions and estate sales. The item I purchased was damaged upon arrival. I submitted pictures and per prompt conversation was provided a discount and he sent the bowl that was noticed missing orignially without additional shipping costs for me. Shipping was on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED will check out again.
