  I purchased a TCL MW513 that had a rare data issue—not the seller’s fault, as all devices are thoroughly tested. The seller was very apologetic and immediately offered a refund or replacement, along with a prepaid return label. The replacement shipped very quickly, worked perfectly, and arrived in brand new condition with a visually brand new appearance. Fantastic price, flawless transaction, fast communication, and top-tier service. Truly a fantastic and highly recommended seller! Seller saved!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The true telling of a great seller isn't when things go right, but the times something isn't. There was an address mix up and my item was delivered to a different state. I contacted the seller through eBay messages and got an almost immediate response. Seller was understanding, apologized and sent out another item that day. I received it quickly. All this for a $2 purchase. Says so many positive things about the seller; who they are as a person, and the business they run. I'm impressed 😁

  The original phone sent had a small defect. The seller immediately offered a remedy and exchanged for a phone that matched the description of the original phone purchased. Great seller and communication. A+++

  Given the item's price, I assumed it would be an untracked envelope. A few days after the purchase, I got a tracking number, followed by a successful delivery notification (but not to my address). A few days later, I received the shipment. I assume the tracking number was an attempt to appease some eBay system, but it just added confusion on my end. I order inexpensive coin cells that are never tracked - no problem. Low value items don't need, and should not be given, a tracking number.
