  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The true telling of a great seller isn't when things go right, but the times something isn't. There was an address mix up and my item was delivered to a different state. I contacted the seller through eBay messages and got an almost immediate response. Seller was understanding, apologized and sent out another item that day. I received it quickly. All this for a $2 purchase. Says so many positive things about the seller; who they are as a person, and the business they run. I'm impressed 😁

  Item exactly as described, was a good value and came with original box and accessories, a rarity and a definite plus. Good packaging, quick shipping. Was able to pop a T mobile sim in and had it up and running in minutes. Would recommend this seller and would buy again.

  Given the item's price, I assumed it would be an untracked envelope. A few days after the purchase, I got a tracking number, followed by a successful delivery notification (but not to my address). A few days later, I received the shipment. I assume the tracking number was an attempt to appease some eBay system, but it just added confusion on my end. I order inexpensive coin cells that are never tracked - no problem. Low value items don't need, and should not be given, a tracking number.

  Pixel Watch was accurately described as open box. Arrived in original packaging with original accessories. Unfortunately, whoever returned the watch failed to reset it correctly and Factory Reset Protection was active so the watch couldn't be paired to a new account. Seller was responsive in trying to correct the problem and ultimately suggested returning the watch.

  One item was defective..1 ok..I sent an email and I've never had such prompt service even though the owner was out of town....He was outstanding..offering to refund per ebay rules..but sent a second saying it was done and not to worry..I plan to send the defective one back as ebay pays shipping.. He sent a full refund even before I could get it there..its rare to have an owner trust the customer..I've sent pictures and plan to send the defective unit back..outstanding service....
