Brilliant value as cost of item plus shipping is the same as the cost from the manufacturer for just the item (and they don’t ship to the UK). Postage seemed expensive for how long it takes but then America so over priced and sub-par is to be expected and no reflection on the seller.

Shipping was quick and the devices were defaulted and adopted into the Unifi controller without any issues. The cosmetic defects looked worse in the picture than in actual reality. The price was just right. The seller was also willing to negotiate and I would say the overall experience was very good.

On first boot, only the NVMe was detected; opening the PC revealed a damaged SATA cable. Shipping was fast, but multiple stops increased the risk of damage. The seller was highly responsive and resolved the issue promptly. I appreciate their assistance and would buy from them again.
