    Item as described and shown. Very well packaged for the trip from US to UK and received in reasonable time. Brilliant value as cost of item plus shipping is the same as the cost from the manufacturer for just the item (and they don’t ship to the UK). Postage seemed expensive for how long it takes but then America so over priced and sub-par is to be expected and no reflection on the seller.

    Great experience with this seller. My laptop was in excellent condition with original charger, everything matched the listing. Very well packaged and easy to open, unlike some vendors.     Product works great and matches the description , good communication. Will buy again from the seller. UPS handled the package a bit rough and during shipment one foot of the pc broke, but easy to fix.

    I ordered by mistake. It was a local pickup only. The listing said no refunds or no returns, I can't remember. I contacted the seller and they refunded me immediately no questions asked. They are an honorable seller. I would recommend them based on intergrity alone.
