    I had an issue with my order due to providing an outdated address - completely my mistake. The seller responded quickly and offered excellent, transparent, and friendly support throughout the process. In the end, the package was successfully delivered after I contacted ebay customer service, and the items are exactly as described and in perfect condition. A trustworthy and reliable seller, highly recommended!

    The monitor was incorrectly described as the A1 Gamut, but was just the base A1 Gamut. The seller was prompt in their communication and responded satisfactorily however. It took a couple of days to send out, but the package was delivered the next day after being sent out so it still met the given delivery window. It was very safely packaged with sufficient padding.

    I really cannot speak highly enough of this company. The item was scheduled to arrive writhing three days. However I was concerned due to bank holiday that it may take longer. I checked with them, they immediately fast tracked it for next fmday delivery without extra charge. So postage superb. Quality of service - brilliant, condition of product and packaging on arrival was spot on, great value and looks good. Basically tick every box.

    Exactly as described, very happy with this seller and with this product. The condition was as stated - BNIB with some wear on the packaging which was clearly disclosed in the ad. Would buy from this seller again. It was sent for delivery very quickly, and I received it earlier than expected.
