  Initially I was missing the spark plugs that were supposed to come with the ignition coils. I contacted the seller and quickly responded and corrected my order. They shipped the missing parts and made things right. Great customer service with quality parts at a reasonable price.

  Terrible service. I ordered 3 of these and did not receive the spark plugs—only 10 coils arrived, and not a single spark plug. I filed a complaint, but didn’t get a response until 4 days later. I do not recommend buying anything from these people. They have terrible quality control, and their customer service is even worse. I would never buy from them again.

  FAKE! FAKE! Buyer BEWARE! Filters I received were Chinese fakes! They were not what was represented in the photos. After suspecting they were Chinese fakes, I bought a genuine motorcraft filter and was it confirmed my concern. Seller refunded the money but I would buy from them again and neither should YOU! Photos show the REAL ford filter on the left. The fake is wrapped in plastic. You be the judge. Don’t risk your expensive engine to a cheap knock off from any of these sellers.
