    ZERO communication NO RESPONSIBILITY for shipping me the wrong part AND they are charging ME FOR SHIPPING!?!? It was their fault it needed to be shipped back in the first place and I will NEVER do business with this company again! POOR POOR POOR customer service experience

    Not all bad, very fast shipping, truly impressive! But i asked for bearing kits with seals . Now i should have double checked what number “ they “ sent. But i received seals and no bearings. They i was told dorry but those kits dont have bearings. Reason im pissed, when i reach out to buy more, ( the missing bearings) i sure get a response. When i ask for return authorization #. Not a peep. No problem found parts cheaper and ill keep these seals. But i dont think ill ever use them again

    Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. They were in constant communication with me, and messaged any time that there was an issue or something else on the shock needed replaced. They're 100% the suspension company that I'll use every time in the future.
