  I do have to say that it's been pleasant working with the seller. Great communication. My first shipment got lost in transit. Seller noticed the issue and immediately fixed it by sending me a new set. Thank you, seller, for staying in touch with me during this process. I truly appreciate you. Overall great product, just got them today. Already on the Impress charger and read at 100% charge.

  My order originally was stuck in the USPS shipping and didn't move for 2 weeks. I contacted the seller to ask them to resend a new battery, and file a claim with USPS for the lost package. They immediately responded and shipped a new battery for me and provided a new tracking number. I received the battery and it seems to be good quality and works with my radio. I appreciated the quick response from the seller to rectify the situation.

  These knobs are of good quality and match the original knobs perfectly, even their tight fit on the control posts. The seller is equally as great by shipping them very quickly and packaging them to avoid damage during shipment. Overall, a GREAT buy.
