    As described and arrived quickly. Including a flash drive was a very nice touch. Perhaps the seller should consider sending their items more securely packed? What I received was in a padded envelope, it had a hole torn in it and the key card package looked like it had been sat on!! Please see the included picture.

    I messaged the seller asking if the key code could be eBay messaged to me, they responded promptly with a yes, after purchase they promptly eBay messaged me the activation site and key code so that I could complete my taxes ASAP! I went to the h&r block site entered my key code downloaded my software and overall this was an excellent buying experience. Excellent communication and response times from the seller, went the extra mile to accommodate my need! I highly recommend a this seller!
