    Il venditore mi ha lasciato in attesa per un mese, non ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi ed alla fine mi sono avvalsa della garanzia ebay per riavere i miei soldi. Non ha mai spedito l'ordine ed è un peccato perché avevo già acquistato da lui anni fa ed i suoi prodotti erano veramente interessanti.

    Although the item was as described and arrived in good time it had been damaged in its journey. I contacted the seller to advise and a replacement item was set but again unfortunately and nothing to do with the seller [rather the postal service] it has never arrived BUT the seller has agreed for a refund to be arranged.

    Very poor. Informed item was on its way no tracking but they insisted it was on its way. Then informed by Laura blaming the courier and asked if I’d like a replacement to which I accepted. Again nothing has been received. In truth they increased the cost from £3.60 to £12.99 and went back on the replacement. A refund was received via EBay. Very disappointed with the actions and service of 2 peronalshop. I hope my review will help you the customer b I hope my review will help you the customer.

    Item ordered over a month ago and never received, contacted seller but had no reply. informed eBay then got a reply from seller saying they would send the item but still never received item I paid for! Not good and very disappointed as it was brought as a gift for someone

    Terrible seller. Never sent the item. Then didn't want to communicate when I wanted a refund almost a month later. No interest. Had to get a refund through Ebay.
