  The item was exactly as described. Was shipped the same day the payment was processed and arrived exactly when expected. It was packaged well in bubble wrap and in a heavy duty box that was not damaged. It appears to have been installed with a clean installation of Windows 7 32-bit with all appropriate drivers installed and zero unknown devices listed in Device Manager.
