  Item arrived in a padded manila envelope but the weight of the book was too much for it and the corners are crushed. From the photos and the status ‘Like New’ maybe it was once but that’s not what I got. I feel ripped off. Tip: next time wrap a heavier book in bubble wrap and then pack it in the manila envelope.
