  Good item, poorly packed now padding at all just put into a flat rate medium usps box. Delivery takes two days for flat rate usps this item took a week to arrive. Flat rate is under $20 extra $16+ for nothing.

  Part was exactly as described. Talked with seller about needing the shift adapter and he made sure it was included. Shipping was over night I swear. I would definitely buy from him again.

  Snowflap arrived in the condition I was expecting; it’s exactly as described & was shown. The only problem was the shipping company must’ve misplaced it because it was delayed awhile but that’s not the seller’s fault so I would purchase from this seller again; thank you.

  There was a problem with shipping and the seller called me to present options to work around the shipping issue.  as soon as I indicated that I would prefer to move forward with the refill the seller proceeded to process it.
