  Item was shipped within time frame listed in bio. Shipping carrier had an issue and sent it back to seller. Seller had issue resolved, shipped back out through a different carrier, and updated tracking number within 24 hours. Item arrived three days later, and was packaged very well. I would definitely shop with this seller in the future. Five stars for great service and prompt communication!!

  Arrived in good condition and great quality, shipping was quick but it did take a little bit longer to ship which was fine. Very well package and double sleeved with a top loader.   The doll is perfect! She’s exactly as described, and has all her accessories. The doll was packaged very well and neatly. I am satisfied. The shipping took as expected considering it came from Japan. The seller took about 24 hours to respond.
