But not as described: used rather than "new", addressed to Rio Airport and with Paris and Rio Airports' franking cancellations. Signs of use too. Perhaps not such a bad thing: it was put to use. Accompanied by seller's COA. The cover means a great deal to me and will complement my collection of "Concorde" covers very nicely. Whether or not it's good value for money, I honestly can't say but I'm certainly pleased to have it.
