  My experience was dampened by the fact that it took 16 days from the day I ordered it to receive it. It was for a birthday gift and I had allowed reasonable time to get the item. It was shipped 4 days after I ordered it and I did not hear anything from the seller that it would be shipped late and the box not prepared well. The item itself was as described however, so if you don’t mind waiting for an item, and it isn’t something fragile, it wouldn’t be a great concern.

  The item was shipped within eBay's required shipping time. They give the seller a "ship by" date. Most of my items do ship a lot faster (1 business day, sometimes 2). The box it was shipped in is commonly called a "frakenstein box" used when there's an awkward sized item such as an oversized Lego set. It's a box cut to a different size to fit the item that does not use a more common box size. Sound like the item arrived in perfect condition. Fragile Items are shipped accordingly with utmost care

  Dont know what this person's issue is but they sold me a defective game and I returned it within a few days. It took them over a month to just give me a refund. Pretty unprofessional for them to finally refund my money when I had to message them. They probably would've never did if I didnt message them about it. The money isn't the issue but its about the how you handle your business. Maybe I was just unlucky since all I see are positive reviews but this time wasn't.

  This review contains falsified/exaggerated claims by the buyer. Return was offered right away when requested. The seller paid for return shipping. Took the buyer six days to ship item back, item was received back August 18/19th to seller. Refund was attempted but there was "error processing" when attempted first five times. Buyer messaged seller "are you going to give me my money back or what?". Seller immediately tried refund again upon seeing message and return processed properly. Full Refund!
