  When this seller decides to send the correct amount of these quartz chips they are lovely. This time around I have received the amount that I bid for 1kg. This time around I am happy with my order. It is such a shame that this seller doesn't seem to like communication with customer. Also getting the order that I paid for was not the case always. I would have loved to purchase with you in the future. Such a shame.

  When the item arrived it looked a bit small for 1kg. Weighed it to be 506g. Emailed the seller who asked me to send photos and then issued a partial refund. No problem. Dealt with promptly.

  Haven't opened them yet, as we need for pass the parcel game! But am sure they will be well received. colours looks lovely, well packed in nice box. Delivered in time . Good value for small gift. Wud use this seller again.
