  I have received the item a couple of days before the estimated time of arrival and it came in perfect condition, well-packaged and in shrink-wrap. It's a shame that I couldn't play the disc itself, however. It was probably an issue with the way the film was burned onto the disc, and the seller offered either a replacement or a refund, and was very friendly and quick in responding. Absolutely no problems whatsoever with the seller. This might be due to an issue on the Blu-Ray player I have.
