  Item advertised as like new, so I purchased this as a gift for my relative. When it arrived, it was filthy and appeared to have been sitting on a shelf in a shed for years (not like new at all) and it came in simple saran wrap with no box at all ! (This is a precision instrument) (see 1st picture) NOW seller starts a claim against me saying i returned it damaged and without the battery !! but I returned it properly packaged with padding (2nd picture) LIAR LIAR LIAR

  The item IS like new! the case was dusty & dirty from sitting on a shelf in a garage where trucks run with soot in the air, but happens in facilities like this.I sent it to you with bubble padding inside the hard case that it comes in. and it was wrapped with shrinkwrap for protection and covered with tape. I package items against damage. I got the item back missing the battery and NO packing. You made a makeshift box & did not use any type of padding. I blocked you from ever buying again TY

  Safely packaged. Shipping was quick. Item was described exactly how it arrived. Great price, even if I send it in for calibration, I'll still be paying less than new... We clamp it in a bench vice when in use. Thanks.
