Our Ebay shop Mission is to bring our customers an interesting range of merchandise at competitive pricing but maintaining our position as an UK SELLER offering Product and Social Compliance for each product.
There are a lot of similar looking products available on the internet today, so we take great care to use only suppliers who are operating both Product and Social Compliance. All our suppliers support the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in all parts of their business services. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery and human who participate in the Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI). More details are available on request.
Wherever possible we try to use recycled cardboard in our external packaging as well as recycled internal packaging in an effort to minimise the effect on trees and our environment.

    Umbrella arrived but bad packaging had allowed the last 6 inches of the umbrella tip to be bent over and totally unusable. I will not be ordering again from this seller, even though it may ultimately be the carriers fault.

    This could have been resolved straight away had buyer contacted us on receipt instead of waiting 3 weeks, which meant it was too late for us to claim from the courier. We are exceptionally careful with our packaging so this must have happened in transit due to some very extreme mishandling. Why buyer didn't contact us to enable us to easily resolve this matter immediately, remains a mystery.

    Item did not arrive on time but this was down to courier NOT seller. Seller reimbursed me fully then parcel arrived with me. Would definitely use this seller again
