It was in exactly the condition that was described. It was shipped quickly and was well-packed. It was very easy to install, and now we can play CDs again.     great seller work with you anyway they can to help first radio usps lost they did a quick refund and i in turn ordered another one from them. They sent another one out asap unpon getting that one it would not power up or volume make a noise when powering up no questions ask a return slip was sent and sent it back they sent a replacement it is working great i did not want to put a newer style radio back in the mustang keep it original as possible. Thanks to 1factory radio thanks again.
