    Paid for incense from this seller. Payment processed immediately. Tracking provided. THEN, I get a msg stating the fragrance was out of stock.(why was tracking provided if not in stock?) I chose another fragrance. Seller confirmed this fragrance was available and sent it out. Today, I received a completely different fragrance from the one I selected as my second choice. Now, seller has not responded to my attempts to communicate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

    This item was not the one I ordered. I was looking forward to getting Hari Darshan Sacred Ritual Copal and White Sage and instead got a flora box from Balaji. The item I had ordered was the last one I needed for my collection of smudge sticks which was out of stock everywhere else I looked. When I got back to them, I never received a reply even to say it could not be swapped for the original order (or could). I have no quarrels about the item I received. I may try to reorder the item.

    This seller misled me on this purchase. Prior to purchasing, I messaged the seller to see if multiple items could be combined to save on shipping costs as the shipping costs here high. They indicated yes, but then refused to actually do so or properly correspond. They did not combine the items and have not refunded any portion of shipping costs. I am thoroughly unimpressed and will NOT purchase from this seller again. Being so misleading is unethical!
