  They were out of the color I wanted (beige), but they were quick to help me find another color and were communicative the whole way. Hat is of great quality and clean, and I feel like my money was well spent.

  I love the product and its exactly what I wanted. High quality poster at the size I wanted. Seller did not notify that they shipped or provided tracking, but the item arrived quickly. So communication was nonexistent but it doesn't really matter because I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase. Would buy from them again.

  Ordered this on May 26 but it wasn't shipped until the end of June (most likely not directly from Utica, NY but China).MY EMAIL INQUIRY WAS IGNORED.THE ITEM DOESN'T MATCH THE DESCRIPTION. I wanted a more screen accurate white logo like in the picture but it was blue & purple. Cost over $60 CAD. Had to buy another shirt from Etsy.No tracking info provided until almost a month after placing the order. MY EMAIL INQUIRY WAS IGNORED.Contacted seller re: these issues. MY EMAIL INQUIRY WAS IGNORED.

  Customer purchased item through eBay's International Shipping program so item was sent to relay point in Kentucky before being re-shipped to it's destination Customer tried to solicit a Free replacement" for an item He deemed as incorrect but refused to return the original item As per eBay policy his claim was closed
