  Like other reviewers, my experience was excellent. Shipping was fast and my new laptop was well packaged and protected. It's very clean and in like new condition and offers all the features the seller advertised. The seller was responsive to my questions before buying and offers a generous warranty but hopefully I won't need to use it.

  The computer was as carefully protected and packaged for shipping as I have ever received from anyone. It is exactly as described in every aspect, it works exactly as described, and it is cosmetically better than I expected. The package arrived in a timely manner and on the exact day the tracking said it would. This person is an elite seller whom is easy to communicate with, and he responds to questions quickly. He would be the first seller I would recommend to anyone seeking this type product.

  Can’t say enough good things. The item was in impeccable condition, very fast, and looks brand new. The seller was very accommodating, and quick to respond to communications. Shipping was very fast. I received the item > 12 hrs after it was in the carriers hands!   Getting away from Microsoft was a priority that led me to this seller, I first purchased this laptop in August 2024 with Linux Mint/Cinnamon, had a speaker issue seller quickly resolved. This month March 2025 purchased second laptop this time with latest version of Ubuntu 24.04.2 Noble Numbat. Bot laptops came well packaged each with a 'restore flash drive' ,with charger and in like new condition. I find this seller to be easy to work with and highly recommend his laptops. Thanks Ed

  Outstanding communication, shipping, service, price. The warranty is excellent and the enclosed instruction and details absolutely solid. I would ABSOLUTELY purchase from this seller again and have saved them for any future computer needs. This was our first time buying a used/refurbished laptop and it could not have been a better experience. I also appreciate reusing and recycling electronics as much as possible and love supporting the effort!
