  Seller sent part that did not work due to faulty assembly, would never admit it and was not easy to work with. After much back and forth ended up keeping it, out over $3000.

  the buyer informed us that fan was not working because of pinched wire. We are not sure if that happened by shipping or wrong installation. it was refurbished and tested before we shipped it. We sent new fan asap to resolve the problem, we really don't appreciate negative feedback because we are here to build good customers relationships and not enemies
