  Just received one hinge not 2...add said a set...that c would be 2 hinges...not one....RIP off....want another hinge that gies with it..or money back.....such a scam...fraud....for 172.dollars later....unreal....contacting g Ebay and pay pal about this.....

  Was charged $100 for a new, genuine Samsung appliance part. The part appeared to be new and genuine as described, but it quit working after five weeks. It was likely either used or counterfeit. Contacted the seller, and they made no attempt to make it right. They simply reaffirmed that the part was new and that was that. I won't be buying from them again.
