This is the very popular 1983 Topps Cal Ripken Jr. 2nd year card #163. He was rookie of the year in 1982, and in 1983 he won MVP. This is also the first card where Ripken wears the traditional Baltimore Oriole’s orange jersey. While I am not a professional grader, the card does appear to be in very good condition. From what I can tell, the main thing that keeps the card from being mint is it is not centered top to bottom. Please check the pictures to see for yourself. If you have any questions let me know.
