Available on DVD, "It Takes Two" is a family comedy based on the classic tale of two people switching places. Young Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson play two girls who are unhappy with their lives. The girls make the decision to switch places to see what each other's life is like. At first, their parents are not aware of the change but subtle differences gradually come out. One sister is a tomboy and the other is more girly. The girls decide that the social worker for the one twin and the father of the other should get together. In this regard, "It Takes Two" is almost a remake of the "The Parent Trap." This movie runs 101 minutes, and as a family comedy, it is rated PG. Other stars in "It Takes Two" include Kirstie Alley and Steve Guttenberg. The DVD contains the movie, a film trailer, and a marketing segment.
