When connecting the Yamaha RX-V357 to the other units of the home theatre, it will use audio, analogueue, or optical cables. Dolby Digital comes standard on the Yamaha RX-V357, providing for quality sound for DVD and audio. SILENT CINEMA makes headphones sound better in the 100-watt receiver. The sleep timer on the Yamaha 5.1-channel can be set to continue playing for up to two hours, for every 30 minutes.
