I don't know much about these was my grandfathers, roughly about 34cm fully extended has Shelley LJ21/58 or possibly LJ21/ 5B written on it. roughly 17cm tall fully closed down. it has a thread damaged/chipped at the top pictured but this thread doesn't even engage as the jack doesn't go low enough. I've just been informed by someone the damage isn't damage it is a stop feature and it's 58 for 1958 the year of manufacture.
