This is a LEGO Star Wars Jango Fett Slave 1, 7153. Comes with instructions and 99% of pieces, missing two pieces. Said pieces are pictured from the instructions, should be relatively easy to find them to complete it! Jango and Young Boba Fett are in great shape, minus the torso cracks on both of them.
