Because I've been swamped at work for a while, I didn't work on the plane when the servo arrived. In fact, about 6 months passed before I decided to install the new servo. Now that I decided to install the new servo, I discovered that the wire needed to be longer to get around my modifications so I soldered and also used connectors to extend the wire to the correct length.
