Vintage Cinelli Giro D'Italia 64-40 handlebar. I measured the bar at 39cm c-t-c. 26.4mm clamp. 23.8 lever clamp. Includes aero Dia Compe brake levers with red hoods, red handlebar tape, and red cable housing. The levers are in good working order. I cannot guarantee the cables or housing will fit your frame. You will need a removable faceplate stem to install this without removing the tape and levers.
