This headset is tested and working without problems. The headset band on the headset have some discoloration please see photos for details. The Mix amp can not update to the latest firmware but this does not affect the functionality of the headset. We have tested Many other Mix amp and they all have the same issue. We believe this is an bug in the Astro command center app that prevents the firmware from updating.
