The mirror lens system makes this telephoto lens more compact, as the image is formed using the reflection from concave and convex mirrors. This 600 mm ultra-telephoto lens is only 4.76-inches/121 mm long due to the mirror lens system. It is small and lightweight, and features images that are reproduced incorporating ring-shaped blurring of out-of-focus highlights.
