Feisol RAPID carbon tripods help the photographer create a state of total immobility and perfect balance so as to seamlessly adjust to any perspective under any given circumstance. The new Rapid anti-leg-rotation technology used in the Feisol Classic tripod series ensures optimal performance while retaining a lightweight design. The model Feisol CT-3401 from this series, has multi-layered carbon-fiber construction, is lightweight and yet offers midsized functionality. Weighing just 2.62 lbs, these carbon fiber tripods reach a maximum height of 51.9 inches. The base diameter of the Feisol CT-3401 is 2.6 inches with a low angle ballhead mount supporting a weight of up to 19.8 lbs. The legs of these carbon fiber tripods are equipped with metal twist locks that comprise a ring for lock and unlock mechanisms. All models of the Feisol Classic tripod series are available with an optional center column upgrade kit that maximizes the height advantage of the tripod by 12.2 inches. While the maximum and minimum heights achieved by a Feisol CT-3401 tripod are 51.9 inches and 6.69 inches respectively, the addition of the center column allows a maximum height of 64.1 inches and a minimum of 13.3 inches.
