This is a spanish-made Joal model from their "Compact Coach" range of a Volvo C10M integral coach. This one is does not have a visible operator, just a clean two-tone blue livery. This is what is depicted on the boxes for these models, despite the fact that it is one of the more difficult to find liveries!
