The Sigma EX DG APO HSM IF is a fast, constant aperture telephoto zoom lens, featuring FLD and SLD lens elements and a focal distance of 120-300 mm. FLD is the highest level of low dispersion glass available for extremely high light transmission. Equal to fluorite, FLD glass offers superior optical performance at an affordable price. SLD, or special low dispersion glass, allows photographers to use lower f-numbers and faster shutter speeds. Packed with nine rounded aperture blades, this telephoto lens helps create images in sharp focus with a lovely bokeh effect. The optical stabilization and a splash-proof construction on the Sigma EX DG allows for optimum performance when capturing sports, wildlife, and other out-in-the-elements photo adventures.
