The Canon EF I 75 mm - 300 mm lens with Image Stabilisation is a workhorse 75 mm - 300 mm lens in the Canon family of lenses. With its 3rd Generation Image Stabilisation technology, the Canon EF I 75 mm - 300 mm lens is designed to allow for handheld photography at smaller aperture settings (3 f-stops slower than with a non-stabilised lens). This 75 mm - 300 mm lens is equipped with autofocus, allowing the user to concentrate on the image rather than the focus. The speed of the autofocus has been increased in this Canon 75 mm - 300 mm lens when compared to earlier Canon lenses. Another strong feature of the Canon EF I 75 mm - 300 mm lens is automatic tripod sensing, eliminating the loop between the image stabilisation sensor and the stabiliser motor. Image stabilisation supports both mode 1 (stationary subjects) and mode 2 (panning with moving subjects). The combination of useful features and optical quality make the Canon 75 mm - 300 mm lens an excellent investment.
