Not sure if the steel is very hard as insertion tool (the one with slot in it) bent a little while inserting 2nd helicoil thread. However, this is a learning curve fo me so may have done itr wrong!

The appearance was great as described, the product was sent tracked & very professionally packed. Communication was very, very good I knew where my package was by constant emails. I would definitley recommend & use this seller again. M.m.
