    Items were shipped in 2 heavy boxes within a couple of days of payment. Even though the items seemed to have been packaged well, with a heavy box, two lids arrived broken. I reached out to owner with pictures of the items and they responded quickly very apologetic. They asked me about getting a partial refund to keep the items. They agreed on the amount I suggested and my account was credited within a day.

    Super responsive to questions, item came in as described. After the auction was over it was even actually delivered faster than the estimated time which was super nice!
