Seller admitted staff pricing error, then demanded +$76 to fulfil. I declined—had already paid the advertised price. Order cancelled, refund issued. Mistakes happen, but accepting payment then backing out is careless & unfair. Wasted my time planning around delivery, no goodwill offered (no discount, voucher, or apology that meant anything). Hope they tighten pricing process. As frustrating as it gets.

Waited but never changed. Enquired and told sent by courier but no tracking. Then told a few days later it was missing. Repeatedly asked about the tracking but kept avoiding answering .I do not believe it was ever sent. Eventually issued a refund.
